17th Century Refectory Table, circa 1650.
In wonderful original condition from a West Country farmhouse where it has reputedly been all its life.
The top is rare because it reversible with a patinated surface on one side and unpatinated on the other and is made from two wide planks each 35cm wide.
Characteristic form of the mid-17th century and characterful.
