BADA members Haynes Fine Art will be exhibiting a collection of paintings, furniture and associated items belonging to the iconic Hollywood legend Vivien Leigh at their Pimlico Road Gallery, March 12-31.
Vivien Leigh (1913-1967), rose to international stardom with her unforgettable Oscar award winning performance as Scarlett O’Hara in the 1939 blockbuster ‘Gone with the Wind’.
Leigh enjoyed a glittering 30-year career on stage and screen and repeated her Academy Award success with an Oscar for best actress for the role of Blanche DuBois in the 1951 production of A Streetcar Named Desire.
Haynes Fine Art are shining a spotlight on Vivien Leigh by sharing a glimpse of the esteemed actress’ private life through a collection they have assembled as a complete room setting which includes paintings, furniture, rugs and associated objects.
