Founded by George Somlo over four decades ago, Somlo London have established themselves as specialists in fine antique pocket watches and vintage wristwatches.

The science of measuring time has over a number of centuries produced vintage watches and antique pocket watches that are works of art and a triumph of craftsmanship. This is something that has been a source of endless fascination to George over the years he has built up the business.

Stock

Located in the Burlington Arcade, on Piccadilly, the gallery's stock of timepieces covers 400 years of horology.

From early 16th century pre-balance spring watches, fine quality enamels, complicated repeaters and elegant Art Deco cocktail watches, to contemporary wrist watches by well known leading watch houses.

Fairs & memberships

In addition to our retail store we also participate in the following international exhibitions, TEFAF (Maastricht), International Antiques Fair (Hong Kong), Masterpiece - London and Fine Art Asia Fair (Hong Kong).

Somlo London takes pride in our excellent customer service and commitment to our clients who deserve and expect nothing less.  As a member of the British Antique Dealers Association we are obligated to adhere to their code of conduct and regulations.
