Matthew Holder established his business in 2011. He is devoted to the study and acquisition of early European Sculpture and Works of Art.

His stock has a strong focus on works of the Gothic and Renaissance periods, as well as objects of the Wunderkammer.

Travels and events

Matthew is extremely passionate about his work and regularly travels the world in search of fine and rare works of art.

Matthew Holder is always sourcing new acquisitions and has helped to build many collections. Tell us what you are looking for and we will help you to build a collection to be proud of.

He also participates at some of the UK's most prestigious fine art and antiques events.

These including the BADA Fair, both the Summer and Winter Art & Antiques Fairs at Kensington Olympia, the Lapada Fair on Berkeley Square, the Battersea Decorative Fair, and the CADA Fair.

Associations

Matthew is an elected member of internationally renowned associations The British Antique Dealers' Association, Lapada and Cinoa.

All of the objects in Matthew Holder's inventory can be viewed at his London gallery every Saturday 8am - 4pm, or during the week by appointment.

The gallery is small, so not everything will be there. If you would like to view a specific object then please get in touch prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment.
