About

Howards Jewellers

Howards Jewellers offer a range of important period, antique and contemporary jewellery, as well as a substantial array of rare and unusual silverware.

Business owner Ian Eves, having amassed a wealth of knowledge from his childhood immersion in the antiques trade, decided early on that jewellery was his real passion.

He began his specialist career in Bond Street, London at the age of 17. After serving his apprenticeship and gaining a solid grounding in London, Ian’s refined eye, commitment and expertise were recognised.

He was lured to the Midlands to help establish a new jewellery business, later purchasing Howards of Stratford from the founder, Dr Howard, in 1990.

The shop’s traditional appearance and principles remain, as befits its location in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Our philosophy is to offer the finest jewellery and silverware with impartial advice, proven knowledge and outstanding customer-focused service.

The historic market town is famously known as the birthplace of playwright and poet William Shakespeare.

Equally passionate about looking after existing clients, as reaching out to potential new collectors, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and discretion.

We are also regular exhibitors at several high profile Fine Art and Antique Fairs around the country.
